Papua New Guinea, 1970, Unissued 50c Booklet Cover, in maroon and green, prepared as 50c booklet (5c pane of 10), but postal rate increase in 1971 required it to be reprinted for 70c in bright red, unlisted in Gibbons, a very rare modern item and a key item for the booklet collector, Very Fine. Similar copy realized AUS$1000 in April 2008 auction. Only 4 reportly exist.
