Rick Penko: "I am the new Vice-President of Operations. Before coming to Harmer-Schau Auction Galleries, I was employed with other U.S. auction houses. I have long enjoyed a true passion as a collector and expert in Canadian philately. I am an ongoing contributor to Unitrade Canada Specialized Catalog. I also served on Canada Post Stamp Advisory committee for nine years and am a fellow and Past President of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada.I have two adult children and hail from the hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada."
